JD SONS STEELS Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2001 with a vision to provide high-quality manufacturing solutions to industries. The company started with a small, yet highly skilled team and a modest facility located in Prithla, HARYANA. In the early years, JD SONS STEELS PVT LTD. primarily focused on producing HOT/COLD ROLLING COILS/STRIPS, gradually expanding its customer base across markets. Despite the challenges of entering a competitive industry, the company’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction quickly earned it a strong reputation.
As demand for its products grew, JD SONS GROUP expanded its operations in 2006 BY OPENING A SUBISIDIARY COMPANY (SHREE BALAJI TECH INDIA) that could accommodate advanced machinery and more efficient production lines. This was a turning point for the company, as it began incorporating cutting-edge technologies like CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining, two-wheeler components and automated assembly lines. The integration of these advanced manufacturing techniques allowed JD SONS GROUP to increase production capacity, reduce lead times, and offer more complex, customized solutions to customers
During this period, the company also diversified its product portfolio, adding Bright bar, CHQ Wire, ERW Tube, Automobile components and tooling services to its offerings. By 2010, JD SONS GROUP had become a key supplier to major automotive OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) like HERO MOTOR CORP, WHEELS INDIA, VICTORA AUTO ETC and tier-one suppliers in the region.
